Do you ship international?

Yes, we ship worldwide!🌍

How long does shipping take?

USA: 4–6 business days

Canada: 3–5 business days

International: 7–10 business days*

🕒 Please note: These above do not include our order processing time. All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. Carrier shipping times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

What is your return and refund policy?

Damaged Items:

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@vanicosmetics.com within 24 hours of delivery with images of everything inside the package. We are unable to address damages reported after this timeframe. Please note: All of our items are handmade and hand-pressed. Minor imperfections may occur but do not impact product performance.

Stolen Packages: 

Unfortunately, we are not responsible lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. If your tracking says "Delivered" but you did not receive it, please contact your local carrier (USPS, Canada Post, PostNL) to trace your package for you. 

Lost Packages: 

For any packages not delivered within the expected timeframe, please reach out to us and we will look into it. If we are unable to track it, your package will be considered lost and a refund will be issued. Please allow a bit of extra time for international packages to be delivered. Thank you for your patience!

Undeliverable Packages: 

• For US & Canadian orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses: We can reship or refund your order once it’s returned to us. Please note that this may take a few weeks.

• For International orders not delivered due to address issues or unpaid duties, we are unable to offer refunds, as international carriers do not return international packages back to us.

Returns:

Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery. To initiate a return, please email us at hello@vanicosmetics.com for next steps.

Do I need to use glitter glue?

Nope! ✨ Our glitters are self-adhering - but for best results, we recommend applying over a primer, base, or concealer.

How can I make my glitters last longer?

Store them away from direct sunlight in a cool, dry place to preserve sparkle and quality.

What is the shelf life of your items?

We recommend using our cream and liquid products up to 12 months from first use and powder products for up to 24 months.

Are your glitters eye safe?

Our glitter products are made with skin-safe glitter; however, we recommend that our customers always use caution when applying any glitter product. Please refer to disclaimers on individual product pages and use our glitter products at your own discretion. We cannot be responsible for any injuries that may occur, or for unsafe or improper usage.
