Do you ship international?

Yes, we ship worldwide!

How long does shipping take?

US 4-8 business days
CA 3-5 business days
International 8-14 business days

Please note that the above are only carrier shipping times and do not include order processing times. All orders are processed for shipping in 1-3 business days. All shipping times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. There may be shipping delays due to COVID.

What is your return and refund policy?

Lost or Stolen Packages: 

Unfortunately, we are not responsible lost or stolen items. For any packages not delivered according to the carrier tracking, please reach out to USPS, Canada Post or your international carrier to trace your package for you. We are able to provide a resolution in such cases and re-send items. Please note that shipping and a 7% fee of the order value applies. 

Damaged Items:

If any item arrives damaged, please email us within 24 hours of delivery. We are unable to look into damages after that time period. Please note that our items are handmade and hand pressed so there may be very minor imperfections at times that do not affect the product performance in any way.

Tracking Link Says Not Delivered: 

For any packages not delivered within the delivery timeframe, please reach out to us and we will look into it. If we are unable to track it, your package will be considered lost and a refund will be issued. Please allow a bit of extra time for packages to be delivered due to the pandemic. 

Returned Packages:

For packages returned due to incorrect/incomplete addresses or missed payment of duties and customs, please email us at hello@vanicosmetics.com to have the package re-sent to you. Please note that return shipping and a 7% restocking fee of the value of goods applies. 


Due to health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns.

Do I need to use glitter glue?

Our glitters are self adhering and do not require any glue but do require a primer/base or concealer. Our loose pigments and multichrome flakes require the use of glue.

How can I make my glitters last longer?

We recommend storing glitters in a magnetic palette to limit dust. Store your glitters away from direct sunlight in a cool, dry place. 

What is the shelf life of your glitters?

We recommend using our glitters up to 8 months from first use. 

Are your glitters eye safe?

Our glitter products are made with skin-safe glitter; however, we recommend that our customers always use caution when applying any glitter product. Our pressed glitters and loose pigments are not intended for use in the eye or on the eye area. Use our glitter products with caution and at your own risk and discretion. We cannot be responsible for any injuries that may occur, or for unsafe or improper usage.

What is the difference between your 20 and 18 bundle?

Our 20 glitter bundle does not come with a magnetic palette and is a great option for those that may already own a palette. Our 18 bundle comes with a palette.

How many glitter and eyeshadow pans does the magnetic palette hold?

Our palette can hold up to 18 glitter pans and 32 eyeshadow pans.
