All Products

We process all orders within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 4–6 business days for the USA, 3–5 business days within Canada, and 7–10 business days for international orders. Please note that these are estimates; you will receive a tracking number as soon as your package leaves our lab!

Because our products are handmade hygiene items, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused products within 7 days of delivery. To start a return, please email us at hello@vanicosmetics.com. Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

While we pack everything with care, accidents can happen during transit. If an item arrives damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 24 hours of delivery. For pressed glitters that have simply shifted, you can often press them back down with a clean finger, but if the product is unusable, we will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund!
